STAGE PRESENCE is a collection of 74 black &
white portraits of stage artists who posed for Hauser’s large format
camera, and are captured onto a now extinct Polaroid film. A truly great
portrait is considered a revealing and intimate look into the soul of a
person. To emphasize this notion, all the participants wrote personal
thoughts about their art and themselves, allowing the viewer a rare glimpse
into the core of an artist’s psyche. While the photographer set out to
pay homage to some of Portraits
include: Karen Kain, Richard Margison, Michel Tremblay, Robin Phillips,
